Learn How to Relax with Easy, Yoga-Based Technique
Feeling stressed? Welcome to life in the big city! To help you manage stress so it doesn’t manage you, we will teach you chair yoga, proper breathing, visual meditation, positive attitude to:
Reduce and relieve your natural response to stress.
Prevent its negative effects.
Develop coping skills to create a sustainable in your daily life.
This workshop is open to beginners (no experience necessary) and to anyone who wants to deepen their yogic principles.
Workshop is taught by Rev. Lila Lucy Nelson, RYT, a Wellness & Life Coach and an Interspiritual/Interfaith Minister. Rev. Lila is also a certified Integral Yoga teacher (Level I&II and Gentle/Chair), a Positive Psychology Practitioner and an Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner (EFT-Level 1&2) as well as a YogaDance teacher.
