Yoga is a wholeness approach to life with specific guidelines to helps us achieve happiness. It holds the key to true and sustainable happiness. This workshop is based on moving BEYOND the New Year resolution with knowledge, practice and right action.
We will address how setting a goal is not sufficient. And, how utilizing different tools of Yoga can cultivate our intention and reinforce its success. Also, sometimes change can be stressful. We will briefly address how to deal with stress in order to support your NY Intention.

Learn How to Relax with Easy, Yoga-Based Technique
Feeling stressed? Welcome to life in the big city! To help you manage stress so it doesn’t manage you, we will teach you chair yoga, proper breathing, visual meditation, positive attitude to:

This workshop is open to beginners (no experience necessary) and to anyone who wants to deepen their yogic principles.

The Holidays can be a particularly stressful time of year for many of us. Join us the week for Thanksgiving to learn how to use the techniques of yoga, meditation, and MORE to relieve the stresses that impact us all ever day.
In this workshop you will:
